A lot of master bathrooms in older homes share the same story - single vanity, dated tile, builder-grade fixtures, and a tub surround that's seen better days. It works, technically. But it doesn't feel good. And for a room you use every single day, that starts to wear on you.

Here's what we were working with on this one: tan walls, worn tile floors, a single-sink vanity with outdated hardware, and a plain tub surround with no real character. Functional, but nothing close to what a master bath should feel like. The homeowners were ready for a change.

What we ended up with is a completely different space. We brought in a wide double-sink vanity with white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and matte black hardware. New LVP flooring runs the full length of the room. The tub surround got a full overhaul with large-format marble-look tile laid floor to ceiling - including a built-in niche for storage. Paired with clean brushed nickel fixtures and updated mirrors with a modern black frame, the whole room feels intentional now.

Details like that niche cut into the tile wall, the recessed lighting above the tub, and the matching hardware across every fixture - those are the things that separate a finished remodel from one that just looks thrown together. We think through each piece so the final result holds up over time, not just on day one.

These are the jobs we genuinely enjoy. Taking a space a homeowner has tolerated for years and turning it into something they're actually proud of - that's the work. If your master bath is overdue for an upgrade, we'd be glad to talk through what's possible.
